The Bylaws of the US Naval Academy Alumni Association mandate that chapter only count the dues paying members in their annual chapter counts. The days of buying postage stamps, needed to mail the chapter newsletters, are long gone. The San Francisco Bay Area Chapter has reevaluated our dues structure to encourage alumni engagement, provide the chapter with adequate funding to sponsor alumni events.
